Welcome to our Return and Exchange Policy
Dear customer, we are happy to assist you and manage all your return or exchange requests!
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase, and replacement is within 5 days in its original condition, provided that the item is unused.
The original purchase invoice or proof of financial transaction must be submitted when requesting a return or replacement.
The amount will be refunded using the same original payment method (cash or bank transfer).
The refund may take between (4-7) business days for large amounts.
